Mailbox Monday

February 26, 2018

Welcome to Mailbox Monday, a meme started by Marcia and now hosted on its own blog.  It was a slow week for my mailbox, but that’s probably a good thing.  I found these books in my mailbox last week:

What did you find in your mailbox?

What a cute pin! I would also enjoy looking at the visual encyclopedia.

Thanks for sharing…and for visiting my blog. I was happy to hear that you are not an Olympics-watching fan. LOL. Enjoy your week!

The Arts sounds like a book right up my alley – and I know it will be excellent because I know and trust the DK Books name 🙂

I’ve been trying not to buy very many books lately because I already have so many in my to-read stacks. But I did buy the Blue Apron Cookbook.

Children still love to turn the pages of a book, despite the fact that they more or less all own ereaders and tablets of some description. DK turn out some amazing titles and have the knack of engaging with a younger audience, which keeps them wanting more.

A book about this particular subject would make great ‘coffee table’ reading for the whole family, so I hope that you enjoy browsing the pages 🙂

I didn’t get much more. At least you can do some catch up with reading!

I like the idea of a visual art book. The pin is nice too. Happy Reading!

Slow mailbox weeks help the stacks not to rise so high! LOL
