Mailbox Monday

October 9, 2017

Welcome to Mailbox Monday, a meme started by Marcia and now hosted on its own blog.  It was a light week for my mailbox but I’m not complaining since it allowed me to make the smallest of dents in my TBR pile.  This is what was in my mailbox last week:

Friday

What did you find in your mailbox?

A one book week is really good!

Hmmm. Gossip or fact? Intriguing book, I bet.

I don’t know a lot about her except for the most basic facts. Enjoy!

I am drawn to Wallis in Love, as Andrew Morton captivated me with his stories of Diana and other notable people. I love The Crown, too, and can’t wait for a new season.

Thanks for sharing, and visiting my blog. Have a great week!

    Hi Kathy,

This one may be quite an appropriate read right now, given Prince Harry’s flourishing relationship with Meghan Merkle.

Apparently, it may not now be that he would have to abdicate as heir to the throne, as Meghan has previously been married and divorced, but I am sure that any relationship status won’t be made easy for them.

Have a good week and I hope that you are enjoying your extended weekend 🙂

This sounds like it might be really interesting. It is an unusual or at least rather unique love story. Happy Reading!

I’ve been reading some blurbs about Wallis Simpson and am starting to be more curious about her. This book looks like something I’ll have to check out!

I hope you’ll enjoy it. I got one ARC and bought two new books last week. I’m currently reading the ARC now. Anyway, I hope you have a wonderful week. 😁❤️
