So many tempting books! I’m especially interested in Things That Happened Before the Earthquake, as I had my eye on the happenings down in the southern parts of the state because my son lives there…and he was impacted by the 1994 earthquake. No injuries, but loss of stuff. And fear for a while, too. Phone lines down all day, not able to connect with them.
I can visualize a good story from all that. Thanks for sharing…and enjoy your week. Thanks for visiting my blog.
You had a great week. I’ve got my eye on a few of those!

Lots of good books but A Hundred Thousand Worlds sounds particularly interesting. Enjoy all of your new books. Happy Reading!
Great book mail. I didn’t see this book of Paris essays until it began to pop up in reviews and as books my friends wanted to read. I’m looking forward to some more thoughts on it. Your other books are new to me, but I do hope you enjoy!
The secret diary seems to be everywhere this week.
