Mailbox Monday December 21

Welcome to Mailbox Monday, a meme started by Marcia and now hosted on its own blog.   This week was busy with book club, the store, holiday prep and festivities but it’s all good, so I’m not complaining.   I found these goodies in my mailbox last week:

I just read about The Good Liar in another mailbox – it sounds good.
I imagine this week will be very busy for you. Enjoy!

Love the cover and illustrations in The Journey of the Penguin!

I read The Bullet last year and know some people who loved it, but it didn’t live up to expectations for me. If you do decide to read it, avoid reading the blurb too closely! I thought the publishers revealed too much info in there!

It looks like you had a great mailbox this week! Enjoy the holidays Kathy!

I get very few ARCs these days. But I always choose Philip Margolin. He’s what I call a B-list author. They’re never great but are always enjoyable. I think I’ve read all of his books.

Lots of goodies in your mailbox! The Journey of the Penguin caught my eye. The history of a publishing house told with illustrations? Sounds intriguing.
