Mailbox Monday
May 18, 2015
Welcome to Mailbox Monday, a meme started by Marcia of To Be Continued, and now hosted on its own blog. I’m back from the beach and have so much to do. I’m not complaining, though, because this week is full of lots of fun stuff! I found these books in my mailbox last week:
Monday
- Doodle Lit by Jennifer Adams and Alison Oliver came from Quirk Books
Tuesday
- Daughters of the Samurai by Janice P. Nimura came from W. W. Norton
Friday
- Every Last Word by Tamara Ireland Stone plus swag came from Big Honcho Media
- The Tusk That Did the Damage by Tania James was a win from Under My Apple Tree
- a book club set of The Daughter by Jane Shemilt cam from Book Club Girl and Harper Collins
Saturday
- My Grandmother Asked Me to Tell You She’s Sorry by Fredrik Backman came from Simon and Schuster
- The Third Wife by Lisa Jewell came from Simon and Schuster
- The Lake Season by Hannah McKinnon came from Simon and Schuster
What did you find in your mailbox last week?

Wow! That’s a lot of books! I’ve heard great things about The Tusk that did the Damage. Looking forward to your review on it!
Wow, that is fun! I like the look of the The Third Wife and The Lake Season.
I’ve read two of your books – The Third Wife was particularly good.
Daughter of the Samurai looks wonderful! I have three of your other books. Great mailbox!
I just finished The Daughter and couldn’t put it down. I imagine if you are a parent of a daughter it would be an even more emotional read.
Welcome back! Enjoy the fun week ahead. The Lake Season catches my eye as well as the Jewell and Backman books.
Glad you had a good time at the beach! Doodle Lit looks like fun 🙂
Oooooo…nice mailbox.
