The Butcher

Welcome to Mailbox Monday, a meme started by Marcia of To Be Continued, and now hosted on its own blog.  It was a slow week book wise but not in any other way, so I’m not complaining.  Here’s what showed up in my mailbox last week:

Did you find any goodies in your mailbox last week?

OMG that must have been your emptiest mailbox week ever! :–) I am not getting ANYTHING lately, and I know for a fact one publisher said he tried sending me a book TWICE, so I am getting a bit paranoid about my local post office. I’m thinking it has a serious book lover working there….

The Butcher looks a bit scary, but I guess that is the intent, huh? 🙂

ENJOY your book. I am surprised you only received one book, but I bet it was a nice reprieve even though it is disappointing.

    Have a great week.

I’ve seen a couple of good reviews for this one. Hope you enjoy. I had a few books show up last week, The Pearl That Broke It’s Shell, Three Story House….and something else…if only I could remember and weren’t too lazy to get up and look!
    Have a great week.

    Wow! Kathy,

A single book week must be a first for you … now I don’t feel quite so left out!

Maybe only one book … but what a story!

I haven’t come acoss Jennifer’s name before, but ‘The Butcher’, ‘Creep’ and ‘Freak’ are all heading for my Goodreads ‘Want To Read’ list!

I have only belonged to the Goodreads community for a couple of weeks and already I have found a new place to start a list!

Thanks for sharing and enjoy your week,
