Mailbox Monday Feb 10

Welcome to Mailbox Monday, a meme started by Marcia of To Be Continued, and now hosted on its own blog.    I feel like I spent all of last week in doctor’s offices but in reality I only went twice.  Thankfully, both problems were minor and were easily taken care of so all is well now.  The silver lining of all of that is I managed to get quite a bit of reading done in the waiting rooms.  Here are the books that showed up in my mailbox last week:

    Hi Kathy,

Great to hear that your visits to the doctor weren’t for anything too serious and hope that you are back to full health and fitness again very soon.

As always you have a great mix of titles and genres this week and although they are all new to me, I have my eye on just one in particular …. ‘The Winter People’ sounds fantastic, as do all of Jennifer’s previous titles … Her name is definitely a worthy addition to my reading list, so thanks for an excellent feature.

    Have a good week,

    Yvonne

Nice book mail. I received Lost Lake by Sarah Addison Allen for review, and two books from a blogger friend cleaning her shelves, You Knew Me When, and Necessary Lies. My reading pace has been slower this year, so it’s all good. I also down loaded some e galleys, One from Chris Bohjalian and one from Lisa Scottoline…oh I forgot, Rebecca Rasmussen’s new book Evergreen. so I guess I was busier than I thought…LOL.

  34. February 10, 2014 11:44 pm

    Nice stack! Happy reading.
