Mailbox Monday December 16

Welcome to Mailbox Monday, a meme started by Marcia of To Be Continued.  December’s host is Gilion of Rose City Reader.  It’s been a busy week but I got a lot done, so I’m not complaining.  I’m happy to report that I’m close to being ready for Christmas!  Here are the books that showed up in my mailbox last week:

Did you find any goodies in your mailbox last week?

Nothing in my mailbox this week. Last week I received a copy of Creating Calm by Maggie Oman Shannon from my sister. I am really enjoying contemplating creating a calm space to meditate, read and just be me.

Christmas Bliss sounds perfect for the Holidays. Great that you’re almost ready for Christmas. Time does seem to accelerate after Thanksgiving making it challenging to get everything done.

Necessary Lies sounds particularly good. Happy reading!

I know I’ve heard of all of these authors, but don’t think I’ve read anything by any of them. Maybe they’re authors I should consider… Any advice on which one to try out first?

  32. December 18, 2013 12:09 am

Great selection! I almost got Christmas Bliss too, so I am looking forward to hearing your thoughts on it.

The Mary Kay Andrews book sounds good! I read one of her books (Deep Dish, I think it was called) awhile back and enjoyed it, and I’d like to give another one a try. Happy reading!

I haven’t read Chamberlain or Andrews and I hope to fix that next near!
