Mailbox Monday August 12

Welcome to Mailbox Monday, a meme started by Marcia of To Be Continued.  This month’s host seems to be MIA so I’ll be posting a link again this week.  Last week was crazy for me but, thankfully, this week should be calmer.  Here are the books that showed up in my mailbox last week:

Great mailbox. Confessions of a Hater sounds like interesting YA. I feel like the only one left who hasn’t gotten into watching Downton Abbey, it looks like a show I’d like. Happy reading!

I am very jealous about DeMille’s, The Quest. I like how he writes. Enjoy and thanks for hosting Kathy.

A new Forsyth and many Downton Abbey books! wow.

  8. August 12, 2013 7:47 am

What is the weird thing with no side identification?

    • August 12, 2013 7:50 am

That’s The Quest by Nelson DeMille – it’s a bound galley so there’s not identification on the spine.

    Hi Kathy,

Another great selection of books and authors this week. All the titles are new to me, however there are some old favourites amongst the authors. I am particularly looking forward to reading ‘With All My Love’. I used to be an avid fan of Patricia Scanlan’s early books, but haven’t read any of her writing for quite some time now.

Thanks for featuring some excellent material and for stepping in to the breach, to host again this week.

    Yvonne
