Welcome to Mailbox Monday, a meme started by Marcia and hosted by Audra of Unabridged Chick this month. How did it get to be Monday already? Last week was busy but fun for the most part, so I’m not complaining. I found these books in my mailbox:

I really enjoyed Olive Kitteridge by Elizabeth Strout, so I’m excited to see what you think of her latest. I would love to read more from her.

LOVE Beth Hoffman. One of these days I’m going to have a Hoffman fest and read everything of hers that I haven’t read yet.
I’m anxious to hear what you think of Elizabeth Stout’s book. I loved Olive Kitteridge and am curious about this one…who knows when I will get to read it though……

These are all new to me authors and all sound so good that I couldn’t possibly choose between them! It’s no good, they will all have to find their way onto my reading list!
I really dread coming to you on a Monday, as you receive just too many fantastic books, that are all designed to put temptation in the way of the rest of us! LOL

I also got The Burgess Boys, and am very interested in it. I just started listening to Olive Kitteridge the other day, and am really liking the way she handles character in that one. It’s lively, and a little dark without being depressing. Funny too. Hope that you enjoy these new ones!
