I just got a copy of the Casual Vacancy as well and am looking forward to it and hearing your thoughts.
Can’t wait to hear what you think of Blackberry Winter.
Your Tuesday books have made me envious! enjoy them all.
Sutton sounds like a great story for audio – drama you could get swept away by.
Oh I like Julie Klam. She makes me happy. And I picked up Harvest at SIBA. I love the cover.
Ooh, Blackberry Winter…I got that last week; and A Casual Vacancy is one I’m very curious about. Sutton has been on my list since I read another book by this author. Enjoy!

Nice mailbox. Can’t wait to see your thoughts of the Connelley book
Oh, Sarah Jio; I still have a couple of her books on my TBR I need to read – I’ve heard really good things about her. And I’ll be interested to see how you get on with The Casual Vacancy – a lot of people seem to be finding it a struggle.
AWESOME…..you definitely received a lot of TERRIFIC Books and audios.
Looking forward to what you think about CASUAL VACANCY, BLACKBERY WINTER, AND SUTTON…I really like Moehringer.
Actually they ALL look sooooo good.

Looks like another fun week for you! Enjoy them! (I love Michael Douglas!) Here’s my Monday post!
Enjoy the Rowling book!
Such a great haul. I want to read The Casual Vacancy! Happy reading
I haven’t heard much hype about the Rowling book, but I do think it sounds interesting. I hope that you enjoy it, and that you enjoy the others too!
As a biography lover the Michael Douglas book caught my eye. I hope it is a great read!
The Casual Vacancy audiobook – nice! Blackberry Winter sounds like a good one. Hope you enjoy all your new reads and listens, Kathy!
Suffering from some serious book envy over here. You received some fantastic titles that I’m looking forward to reading.
Some good reads for you, a great mailbox.
I’m interested in Blackberry Winter. I hope you enjoy The Casual Vacancy…I’m having a hard time with it.
O Casual Vacancy on audio. I’ll be looking forward to that review.
Very cool that you got Casual Vacancy! I’m on the holds list for it at the library, and I’m pretty sure I was one of the first on the list, so hopefully I’ll get to read it soon. Enjoy all of your new books!
Hi Kathy,
‘Casual Vacancy’ has received some pretty mixed press over here in the UK, although it did confound all the pundits by going to the top of the bestsellers last week!, perhaps that was more curiosity more than anything else! I see that J.K. has now come out and said that she is going back to writing a children’s book for her next release.
I particularly like the sound of ‘Blackberry Winter’ and ‘The Black Box’ and those are both now on my reading list, thanks for highlighting them.
I hope that you enjoy your diverse collection this week.
Yvonne
Just wanted to come by and say I hope you have a great week!
A lot of new-to-be books in your stack, except the new J.K. Rowling. Looking forward to your thoughts on that one. Hope you have a more relaxing week!
Wow! Is it possible to be afflicted by mailbox envy?
Everyone seems to be receiving Blackberry Winter. Happy reading.
Another great stack. Enjoy!
That is a heck of a stack! Whew!
Blackberry Winter has such a beautiful cover it’s making me want to read it. I’m on the wait list at the library for A Casual Vacancy. I suppose my turn will be sometime around Christmas!
Awesome, here is my MM
Many of your titles are interesting to me. Happy reading!
I wasn’t particularly interested in Casual Vacancy until I heard a NPR interview with JK Rowling last week – it got me interested in the book so I look forward to hearing what you think.
I still have The Bungalow to read by Sarah Jio and promised myself I would read it before getting another of her books but the cover is so beautiful!
I so want to read Casual Vacancy but I will hold off until I read your review of the audio!!
Great week! I’m dying to know about SUTTON!
Sutton looks like my kind of book. I’ve seen JK’s book all over and am interested in what everyone things.
I’ve been eyeing Sutton myself. It sounds good. I hope you enjoy all of your books!
That Casual Vacancy looks quite long! I haven’t looked yet to see how many hours it is on disc. I hope you enjoy it.
I’ve been wanting to read Sarah Jio’s books and now she has a new novel out. I need to get moving!
I received Harvest too. Happy reading!
Quite a haul. I’m most interested in the new Sarah Jio.
I’m listening to The Casual Vacancy now (got it from Audible) and am enjoying it. So far far far from Harry Potter!
OOh, I’m interested in hearing what you think of Casual Vacancy. I’ve heard such mixed reviews so far!
Looks like you have a lot of good books on your pile. I look forward to seeing what you think of the Casual Vacancy audio.
I too will be waiting to hear what you think of Casual Vacancy. Who reads your version?
It’s read by Tom Hollander – a new narrator for me.
That’s a nice, big stack! Happy reading
Nice assortment this week! Of course I want to know about The Casual Vacancy. I haven’t picked it up yet and am very curious. Michael Connelly is always good too. Hope you enjoy them all and have another great week!
